Anton studied Logistics, worked for 13 years for the IT vendors Baan and AXI, and for 7 years as IT Leader for Vos Logistics en Sorbo. He founded the boutique consulting firm IT’s Teamwork in 2013. Since then Anton has been succesful as an interim manager, transformation consultant, program manager, project manager, trainer and speaker.

To facilitate organizations in their digital journey, he took the initiative to create the Six success factors for digital transformation^© and the SAAS BusinessITScan^®. Organizations like Asics, Terberg Business Lease, PKN and Jongeneel Transport have used this multi language and multi persona platform to speed up their digital transformation.
